Don't pay much attention to this because I am not going to Rio and not going to the Caribbean anytime soon, but is there a big deal if you are not a pregnant chick? I guess you just feel like shit for a couple of days? What's the big deal?

Pregnant or planning to become pregnant. Also a concern for a dude who's trying to knock up a chick as its sexually transmitted.

From what i've read if a woman gets it, she's gotta shut down the baby making for 2 years to avoid any birth defects. Its definitely a weird one, in that if you aren't planning to procreate, its like the flu. If you do plan on procreating you have some big issues to deal with.
