Noticed that Nicole Armstrong won the Haverford Invite. Not a big meet, but I believe a sign that she is progressing. I believe she will eventualy be a major contributor - 4x1500? I have liked her since high school. Speed and range. Originally a 400m runner who moved up. Was a XC runner of some note as a senior until she got hurt. Maybe health issues have held her back Would be nice to see her blossom over the next two years.
