Some kids need to realize that a ship is renewable and it's for a lot of money.
While we hope all athletes are treated fairly there's responsibility on their part as well

It wasn't a year ago that there were some posts on this board about G'town was out-recruiting
the hell out of us on the female side.
What is going on?

By all accounts, G'town is an excellent academic institution, but -as a close friend once remarked, DC is a southern town. They don't even have their own representation. But now we are getting into politics, so maybe I should stop.

The biggest disconnect recently, was Southerland choosing G'town over Villanova ostensibly because her aunt lived in DC. Really? Southerland is from Long Island - commuted to Cardozo in Queens (one of top public high schools in NYC). Made no sense. Maybe it means nothing, but odd..

They're a BE school--wish them no harm-- and this sounds like a situation where the coach could have been supported...though if recruiting is a zero-sum game this has to help.
