Daughter, Lower Merion born and bred, has been a life time Phillies fan. goes back to the days of Bobby Abrue . She was 8 or 9. She asked us to get his jersey for her. Wore it 24-7. Starting at Lancaster and Ithan Aves going west along Lancaster ave VU will build dorms. retail shops, parking, and a theater. Shovels in the ground next May, after graduation. A bridge (walkway} over Lancaster ave is included. Major renovations to the Pav will follow this project. With the new football building construction slated to start soon, Villanova will be making major construction moves. Congrats to the administration.

Phenomenal success story. There was a mini bio on him on TV tonight. His story is truly the American story of raising himself up from nothing - one of 3 kids raised by a mother with only a third grade education. In a really funny part he explains how his mother only allowed the kids to watch 2 TV shows a week and they had to read two books a week and do book reports for their mother. They didn't know she couldn't read. There is a movie about his life called "Gifted Hands" with Cuba Gooding. He may well be the most knowledgeable candidate to ever run for the office of president. I hope he gets a fair chance from the media to get his message out during the campaign!

Does getting Paschall have any affect if Stevens would commit to us?

First of all I can't do it but certainly wish I could. there is so much chatter about limited Track and LAX and Soccer scholarships, just wondered what it takes to completely cover 1 free ride at Nova. I can do the math but just wondered if someone knows.

Follow up question is- are additional athletic scholarships p/o the fund razing campaign ?
