Korey Stevens really liked Nova's family atmosphere. First thing coaches talked about was academics and family. .He visited Rutgers, Toledo, ODU, UNC-Charlotte and was considering Kent St., Northern Ill. Maryland but the VU family impressed him. A 3.0 student at a very good high school he will go into the Nova business school, which is a very well respected.
Talked with secondary coach Tony Trisciani and felt really good about the Nova defense.
Good article about his commitment in yesterday's Baltimore Sun.

I just watched Jack Schetelich's highlights......WOW!!!!!!!!!! John Robertson Part 2!

This kid really looks like he is something special.

Schetelich is a 6'2" 185 pound quarterback from Cranford, NJ who threw for 1,548 yards and 18 touchdowns last year with just 4 interceptions. He also ran for 1,388 yards and 25 TDs (7.1 ypc) while leading Cranford to an 11-1 record.

I just watched Jack Schetelich's highlights......WOW!!!!!!!!!! John Robertson Part 2!

This kid really looks like he is something special.

Schetelich is a 6'2" 185 pound quarterback from Cranford, NJ who threw for 1,548 yards and 18 touchdowns last year with just 4 interceptions. He also ran for 1,388 yards and 25 TDs (7.1 ypc) while leading Cranford to an 11-1 record.

Villanova football camp in August 2016 will be the site of an hellish battle for the starting QB job. RS Frosh Zack Bednarczyk should get some PT this season. His high school senior stats for passing are close to Schetelich's 1,667 yds 18 td's With the legs the nod goes to Schetelich. Zack's numbers - were 514 yds for 5 td's.
Cats currently brought in two QBs this year - Adeyemi Da Silva and Jackson Bradley. I assume both are on campus now.

Team reported on 6/25. Daily workouts with weight coaches & 7on7s supervised by captains. All freshmen are there along with majority of returning lettermen.
