Point to a major battle the U.S. decisively lost on the battlefield. Pyrrhic victories and propaganda victories do not count, nor do skirmishes.

Close only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades. And from my understanding, there were plenty of hand grenades in Vietnam. And nevermind that other communist country that we "tied" that grew into a monster that starved millions of its people and developed nuclear weapons.
