CoP Taco boom

Can't believe burrs is ducking this thread. Gutless. On another note how bad is the state of culinary affairs in the CoP when a few Mexican places not named Taco Bell pop up and it's cause to be labeled a "Taco Boom"
I actually enjoy the taco references from time to time. All in good fun. I wasn't ignoring it. Just seeing it for the first time.
Anyway, will I partake? No. I didn't read the article either.
This list is terrible.
Distrito is not worth it. Probably Garces' worst restaurant if not for Rosa Blanca (still pissed he close down Chima for that slop)
Sancho Pistola's is not good either. Jose Pistola's used to be one of my favorite spots in the city but then they got popular and tried to be more than what they were. Their tacos are generic now and Sanco Pistola's is the same thing except in Fishtown and who the hell wants to go to Fishtown?
The only thing they got right on that list is Lolita. One of the best restaurants in the city. It used to be BYO which was great because you would bring your own tequila. If you haven't been - go there.
Best tacos for my money in the city/suburbs are at El Limon in Conshie. They have a couple other locations but the Conshie one is the best.

A taco should not cost more than $2.50. I'm tired of all of these restaurant concepts where they serve overpriced food that should be cheap and kill you on drinks.
