Chelsea should repeat as champs, but I think they'll be pushed a bit more by Arsenal this year. Liverpool at 28:1 to win the league seems like good value. Wouldn't surprise me if Benteke (16:1 odds) leads the league in scoring. I also think Aston Villa will get relegated this year (5:2 odds).

Chelsea easily top 4 but I like Arsenal, ManU and Liverpool to improve. Chelsea has problems at striker after Costa, although the best player in the league could be Hazard.

ManU has some nice new players and Van Gaal has a history of setting up a team for success after a full season. Everyone is expecting a huge season out of Rooney.

If Wenger can get consistency out of Walcott they will be very hard to beat as their midfield is incredible with Cazorla, Oezil, Ramsey.

Agree on Benteke and Liverpool - without Gerard and Sterling they will need the smart presence of Milner and Henderson. Lallana, Coutinho and Ings have to step up.

I think Liverpool could push for a top 4 spot, but I don't think they really have any kind of shot to finish first ahead the other top teams. I dont think its worth it even at 25/1.
On the other side of the table, I like Leicester and West Ham relegation prices at 4/1 and 8/1 respectively.

Leave it to Arsenal to take a huge steaming dump at home on opening day.

I take back what I said about Benteke and Liverpool - I forgot how badly they struggled to score goals last year. Coutinho really bailed them out against Stoke.

Off the top of my head - here are some Americans who saw action:

Tim Howard (Everton GK)
Brad Guzan (Aston Villa GK)
Geoff Cameron (Stoke center back)

ManC looked good, Yaya Toure right back into form. Big game next Sunday ManC home to Chesea.

Anyone else think its a bad look for the EPL that a 16-year old can be a starter?

If the 16 yr old can play (and it sure looked that way for at least one game), then it doesn't reflect badly at all.
