I'm the Washington generals of BW chess.

You need to get more games in from random people to get your rating to stabilize. The chess rating is like RPI, it doesn't care how close the games are, only if you win/lose and opponents rating. You need to play some out of conference matches to figure out where you should be rated.

Right now you have only played one game from people outside of the board and you won.
