Patriot League football

My understanding is that Villanova has one or more Patriot League teams on its upcoming schedules.

My questions are:

* Do Patriot League football teams now give scholarships?
[ I understand that yes ago they did not give athletic scholarships for football. ]

** If so, do all Patriot League football teams give football scholarships?

*** If so, do all Patriot League football teams give the maximum NCAA allowable number?
