I am sorry, but there is just one sports franchise you can NOT rip on and it is the New York Yankees. No other team in any sport comes close to what they have accomplished and no other team has had the amount of historic players that have been on their teams.

Do they fire Girardi? He is an over analyzer with the bullpen and that really cost him at the end of the season. Took Tanaka out after 5 innings and 83 pitches. Pretty sure that is not what you do with an ace. Didn't see the point of.

Tanaka is an ace? He couldn't hit his spots and Astros were waiting for pitches to hit. If he stays in and gives up additional runs Girardi gets killed. The Yankees simply weren't very good. You had it right the first time. If they played in the NL would have been finished two weeks ago. Not Girardi's fault they don't have a lot of talent. Little starting pitching and haven't hit in a few weeks.

thought Tanaka was lucky to only give up two last night. Lots of hard hit balls right at guys. No problem moving the bullpen last night when Girardi did. And that run Betances gave up was really a fluke hit.
