A 43 year old father of 13 with 60 arrests has probably made a long series of bad decisions that lead to his death by a police shooting. Going out on a limb here.
 
Upon further reflection, let he amongst us who, by the ripe old age of 43, has not fathered 13 illegitimate babies (insert your planned parenthood comment here) and committed 60 crimes cast the first stone.

Jeremy Giambi was safe on the Jeter Flip play. Like any fairy tale, makes for great copy to call him out. But he was clearly safe and it is simply amazing to me that this never gets brought up, ever.
