He was set for MSU but Izzo signed two Mickey Ds this week to bring his frontcourt up to 4 Bigs next year. God help Daniel if we are matched up against them in the "challenge"....certainly hope we at least make a phone call.

Word is that our soon to be brand spanking new Wildcat football players will be at next Saturday's AM practice to get ready to meet their new team. 22 in all with the 6 walkons. A nice size class and on paper a very talented class.

Time to upgrade the home laptop -- just started doing some iNet research on the top names (Apple, Dell, HP, Samsung, etc). Curious to know what you guys use and which you would recommend. I don't do anything crazy, pretty much just internet and Microsoft Office. I do enjoy a slightly larger screen. Thanks in advance.

I just picked up a Pax 2, have you tried this? My friend had the original Pax and I was about to order that when I saw the new one just came out. I am still getting used to it and trying to maximize its efficiency but so far I have been very happy with it. It is very covert so it can be used anywhere. I would highly recommend it.

Any great 2015 albums? Shows you've been to, or are anxiously awaiting?

I only have tickets to a few upcoming shows. The Feelies in April, The Replacements/Supergrass/ J Roddy in May, Courtney Barnett in June. Also doing the XPN fest in July (MMJ & St. Vincent Saturday night).

That means a pretty open concert calendar for me. Suggestions always welcome.

I also could have called this thread, "Why Jalen Brunson will be a 4-year player." Briscoe's wingspan is almost a FOOT longer than Brunson's.

Briscoe is an absolute freak with that wingspan. Will be surprised if he doesn't go one-and-done.

the ACC has petitioned the NCAA to allow them to go 3 divisions in fb and then take the two highest rated for the playoff. so they would need to add one more fb school to get to 15 and then have 16 for bb.

If any of you have a day off and have any interest in this event, it is free. Pretty good lineup of speakers and topics. I signed up to go, but due to some other stuff going on I can not make it. Andrew Brandt seems to be doing a decent job getting publicity for the Moorad Sports Law Center which is part of the VU law school and started from a various generous donation by Jeff Moorad, sport agent and sport industry exec.

Season almost over, Pens with a huge collapse on verge of missing the playoffs. Flyers end the season vs the Senators - would not be shocked at all to see the Flyers tank that game just so the Pens miss the playoffs.
