The fact that mishandling classified information is a federal crime that you or I would go to prison for.

What piece of evidence is it that I'm ignoring? All I've hearsd so far is how suspicious the lack of evidence is.

We'll find out soon enough once the FBI retrieves the 30,000 emails that she arbitrarily decided were "personal in nature." David Petraeus saw his career end for doing much less.

The vast majority of americans don't have a clue what this whole personal email server thing is about. And when it is explained to them the reaction will naturally be, "and....? is there more to it...?"

But then the Fox News response is, "well it was the cover up that did in Nixon!"

Yeah, so an unpopular president half a century ago was done in by his cover up, so that means that Hillary is doomed. Great connection, Fox News. Also, I doubt Nixon's follies of the 1970's would get him in much trouble these days. (he deleted some tape recordings from his office? Really, that's it?)

Anyway, I love Fox and their ability to brainwash the masses by pushing their agenda. True geniuses. I disagree with their agenda here, but I respect their effort and results.

It will be Hillary versus either trump, huckaboooom, or kasich.

Kasich is going to get the endorsement of the nh republican power base and he is going to make his move there.

That was a STRICK-like straw man argument. Blame Fox News. Cap tip.

Hillary is a sleazeball and anyone with a functioning brain doesn't need Fox News or anyone else to brainwash them into seeing what is painfully obvious.

You are either an idiot or a troll if you fail to see the severity of HRC's problem with the e-mails. First, she did not clear this. 2nd, it's unclear the level of security because she didn't tell anyone she was doing it. Then she lied about it. Then she wiped it clean and lied about that process and finally does anyone really believe this was secure given she went with some local-yokel vendor because she was too concerned about anyone knowing what she was doing. Now I know the women and she's very smart. This was one of the dumbest things a politician in her position could do. Then she lied about it after getting caught. She's toast. If you don't understand why this is a big deal then you aren't very bright. She was the sitting Secretary of State handling sensitive information, on a server that no one within the US Gov. knew existed. Furthermore, she didn't take the necessary steps to let anyone know about or secure the server. At a minimum it demonstrates a complete lack of judgement with sensitive info. This severely undercuts her main argument for President, that she's competent. Wait until they get they actually dig out all the data on this thing. She tried to wipe it but they will track that info down. Every day she must wake up in disbelief because this is what is going to derail her life-long goal of being the first women President. For all she has compromised in her life, putting up with Bill for all these years, just to get to the WH and have this happen. She won't go away quietly but she's toast. If you don't understand the magnitude of this thing then you are the burrs to HRC's Sam Hinkie. Too early to tell?

And I understand the trolling here but this isn't a Fox News Issue. There is a reason HRC is struggling with Democrats despite the fact her only opposition is a self-declared Socialist and a guy who couldn't even get his LT. Gov. elected in the People's Republic of Maryland. She's even lost my parents, which for a Democrat is nearly impossible.

ND bringing a popcorn worthy performance to this thread. Just supreme work on his part.

Ball is correct. Most Americans don't care about these controversies. It's that simple. Very few sit around all day watching cable news like Foye does.

Conduct one of those Leno hits the pavement skits and ask everyday Americans what Benghazi is and you'll have a better chance of hearing that it's a Sam Hinkie 2nd RD draft and stash than some HRC mess-up.

In the meantime, we'll have 14-15 months of agenda-setting fanatics regurgitating the same message of how evil this candidate is. As their quest to force feed a narrative on the American public reaches new heights from month to month. Again, keep popping the popcorn.

Then, the day to vote will eventually be upon us and the common folk, those who don't sit around watching cable news all day long, will be out and about filing polling stations. And I'm sure it's easy to figure out how this turns out. Having the chance to be part of the process of electing the first black and woman into office is going to appeal to a lot of the common folk. Just my two cents...

When was Nixon unpopular? When the Watergate burglary happened, he was well on his way to winning 49 states and more than 60 percent of the popular vote.

The main theme of Bengazhi that bothered me was that it came in the midst of a time before the election when Obama, Hillary and Co. were touting how they were pulling all the right levers in the war on terror, masterminds, competent, etc., saying we don't want to return to the prior administration's approaches and painting Romney as clueless on national security and defense matters. Meanwhile, they f---ed up the Bengazhi thing on about 8 different levels, I believe some of those f--- ups were politically motivated, a U.S. embassy was invaded and U.S. citiens including an ambassador slaughtered, while they either misled the public or were completely clueless as to what was going on (only two possibilities with the "spontaneous protests in reaction to a cartoon" campaign). Will be a good movie for sure.

In any case, don't need all of that to make it a disaster for Hillary, especially with the e-mail server to fall back on as well. John Kerry's swift boat experiences had aged about 35 years at that time.

The movie smear campaign will start soon enough. If you dont like the message kill the messenger. Obama and the left has made this an art form

4 people killed, possible intellectually dishonest description of the events by the administration. US military action over the last 25 years has involved 1,000 times the death and dishonesty. Not sure why this one has people foaming at the mouth.

I'd prefer one crazy candidate and one reasonable candidate:
Hillary v. Trump
or
Robio/Walker v. Sanders.

Let's be honest though. Sanders, though he himself believes what he is saying, is not in the race because he has a shot. His insane poor-pandering commie ideas make Hillary look conservative by comparison. That's his purpose in this charade.
Hillary and Trump are both crazy though.

Good point. Bush, Cheney & Co. didnt have anyone foaming at the mouth. They were beloved.

70 million Americans had GWB's approval rating as positive when he left office (reminder of the scene- economy bottoming out, two aimless wars). I wonder what % of those 70 million will be:
a) jumping on the Jeb train for 8 more years
AND/OR
b) foaming at the mouth about Benghazi

What percentage of the 94% of Democrats who disapproved of GWB when he left office would you say were foaming at the mouth? Higher or lower number than that crew foaming at the mouth over the Benghazi affair?

Dan, don't succumb to ND's effort. Not even he believes his latest fishing exhibition. Here's one from those crazy Fox News types:

In what appears to be the sharpest criticism of Hillary Clinton’s email scandal yet from a Democratic member of Congress, Kentucky Rep. John Yarmuth said in an interview with local television on Wednesday that it is possible that the issue “could upend her campaign.”

“I just never feel I have a grasp of what the facts are,” the five-term Democratic lawmaker told Louisville’s ABC affiliate on Wednesday. “Clearly, she has handled it poorly from the first day. And, there’s the appearance of dishonesty, if it’s not dishonest.”

See my point is made. Its the I may suck but someone sucks more argument. This is the liberal way. The game plan is first try and destroy the messenger than point to someone else as doing something less popular. The ill-informed buy this hook, line and sinker.

Do we know why she used this email server in the first place?
Do we know why she used the uncleared server in the first place? Because this is what the Clinton's do. They are the most crooked political family since the Kennedy's.

Hopefully 100%. Starting and continuing a massive war effort based on fake evidence is foam-worthy. Secretary of State email server design rates a little lower on the foamworthiness scale.

"the appearance of dishonesty"!!! If that's the most severe offense that has been dug up in the 3 years since, consider me un-outraged.

I don't know Hillary personally, but I'm going to go out on a limb and say that a 67 year old lady doesn't have a firm grasp on email server security dynamics.

Server "design" is not the issue here. Conducting all your work on a separate server that only you control, outside of government oversight is -- as is whatever communications are being concealed. Bonus points if they relate to $hit you screwed up or screwed around with, like Bengazhi.

I'm actually hoping she doesn't get formally charged with anything, would prefer the Dems to have to go with her, get into the campaign, then we can find out via Wikileaks or something about some of the 3,000 "private" emails she withheld that were flagged for further review by the Feds, have it blow up then.

What was being "concealed"? Is a unrecorded phone conversation "concealed"?

The best election race theatre would be Hillary's emails getting recovered at the last minute and revealing all sorts of salacious misconduct. Then her opponent, Trump, has some sort of undeniable repulsive scandal (like Jared Fogle). Then third party candidates try to scamper aboard as everyone sorts through the ashes.

You're in your 60s. So it's possible you watch cable news or go to their websites?
