She wins Kentucky by 2K votes and gets crushed in Oregon. She has lost 80% of the Dem primaries since Super Tuesday.

Does Hillary have more pledged delegates than Bernie? I really don't care either way, I'd just rather not have a communist running our country.

First I love how you are such a partisan that anyone who doesn't share your exact worldview is a liberal. It was really gr8 when you tried to make penn state and child rape a conservative versus liberal issue with some nonsense theory about liberals not being outraged enough... But I digress

What is your point? Her delegate lead basically remains the same no? You have lectured us countless times after your boy Rubio flamed out about what Trump represented and that Bernie represented something similar on the dem side. If that's the case then wouldn't you expect this?

The party of Reagan nominated a protectionist favoring, authoritarian isolationist (with a big side of crazy) and the dem candidate has had trouble putting away a "democratic socialist." Our choices are awesome...

The Bern has now won 22 states and this thing is going all the way to Philly. It's not really a point but amazing when all the talk was the mess that was supposed to be Cleveland. HRC got 250K less votes in Kentucky vs. Bernie Sanders than she did in 08 vs. Obama. Crazy number.

What have we learned over the past 12 months? Liberal populism sells. Conservative populism sells. More than we ever imagined in our wildest dreams.

Trump was not the gun candidate, certainly not anymore than the others. Trump was the anti-every minority and nationalist/strength candidate.

Also, if we can be serious for a moment...I still can't believe we live in a world where Donald Trump is the nominee for President of a major national party. This is amazing.

Much less believable. HRC has always been a terrible candidate with 45 percent of the people who simply don't like her as she lacks any set of core values. It's surprising Sanders was able to exploit it so well. However, donald trump? Seriously, the "you're fired" guy? And here is the thing, he could actually win. Note, that is not a prediction, but he's got a path to this thing.

Wondering how many times one can say they don't like Hillary before adp stops making claims to the contrary. I admire his consistent willingness to keep a narrative inspite the facts and data proving him utterly wrong. I don't like anything about her, but that does not change the fact that she is the presumptive nominee. The numbers don't lie. Nor do the super delegates. Just like I said Trumo was the same while you were still clinging to your boy Rubio as he had zero wins and horrible polling numbers ahead of him. I'm a numbers guy, nothing more. And I said repeatedly, that each candidates fractured support will rally around their nominee. And they will. But like the other poster, I too wonder why anyone who calls out the 2004 - 2016 version of the GoP is some sort of lib. Stupid. It's become very difficult to find the good in this party - and has been for a while. Like the Dems, bought and paid for by scum bags.

Decent article in Politco recently about Trumo's 'base' being rather weak in the general - that while he increased primary turnout, he hasn't increased republican voter turnout, because the vast majority of his primary supporters voted in the last 2 elections and voted for McCain and Romney, they simply say out the primaries. Again, just the numbers. I believe this will be a fairly close election. It's a hold your nose and pull the lever election.

I'm going to wait to hear what John Baron has to say about the article tho ...

I'm proud of the growth that Adp has shown in the election season. He's doubled his intellectual honesty OPS and his future looking statement to hedging statement ratio is at .975 thanks to some mentoring from Burrs.

Choices on both sides are bad.. but how can it be surprising that a "terrible" candidate has been dealt some Ls along the way to the inevitable nomination? especially in this current environment where being an "establishment" politician is like wearing a scarlet A

And for all the sanders hand-wringing what do you think is the more likely scenario in the general:
Clinton wins 'handily' (lets say defined as 6 points or more) or that Trumo wins?

I'm not predicting an outcome because it will be wildly misrepresented by certain posters but I think people may be amazed at how will Trumo will do in November barring some unanticipated event.

gr8 question, I'd say Clinton "handily"..

And let's be fair here. DMIL, the idea HRC is completely unlikeable is supported by data. I'm not making this up. She's already lost 22 states in a Democrat primary to a guy who isn't even a Democrat and has been a 20 year running joke. This isn't some young, hip superstar like Obama. This is Bernie Sanders, a guy who's been around in Congress for 25 years. Let's try to have the respect to keep it on the level with each other.

Oh, and let's be clear in that I've been wrong on Trump every step of the way so the answer to that question is worth what you paid for it. To DMIL's statement about being bought and paid for. How in the world is Donald Trump bought and paid for? If that's your criteria you should be rallying around his campaign. That's one of the two pillars he's running against.

Hilart is unlikable but will still win.

Does anyone else think that on business/tax issues Hillart is more conservative and will f*ck the little guy more than Trumo? I tend to think so.

Yeah but who argued she was likeabke? Not me, nor not anyone I've ever known save maybe some other bitter woman here and there . Seriously, who said she was likeable. Going to have to pull a burrs here : show me where it was said. I simply said, and it remains true, she's well on her way to the nomination. It's not a preference or an opinion, it's just fairly simple math. Far as her weak support, there no arguing that, as that too is simple math. I certainly didn't say she had her party all behind her. But do you really believe primary(registered) dems are going to not vote for her for the most part? Any more than you believe registered republicans are going to vote Hillary because trimo primary support is fractured as well? They're not.

Also never said Trumo was bought and paid for, said the party was. Please read again. ( actually read it twice so I don't have to repeat it again like I generally have to do with you) Also, with Sheldon Adelson huddling with Trumo to fork over his 100m, he won't be far behind. He's a fairly quick learner if anything.

I didn't accuse you of this, please answer my second question as well.

Pulling a Burrs is always a good thing and can come in handy at times. Rarely, do people go back and prove it. Mostly because they can't. They rather just the, ahhh I don't feel like it, but you said it tactic. This helps keep the running narrative, mostly inaccurate, going. Anyway, carry on....

"Wondering how many times one can say they don't like Hillary before adp stops making claims to the contrary. I admire his consistent willingness to keep a narrative inspite the facts and data proving him utterly wrong."

DMIL, that is your quote above. You tell me what that means. What facts and data prove me utterly wrong that HRC is likable.

Look, I'm a big Hillary supporter. But I don't really ike her. I'm just ready for her. It's her time.

Tjc, so barring some unanticipated event you think Trumo rocks it in November (or may rock it in november)?

The quote means you keep saying I or anyone for that matter claims to have liked Hillart. Seems pretty clear. YSimply never stated once that I liked her on any level or was voting for her ( I'm not ) and yet you claim some sort of glee with constant 'I told you no one liked hillart!" comments and continuing to claim she's a weak candidate because she's being challenged. I never even said she was a decent or good candidate, never mind strong.History tells us old bags do not fare that well in these situations. I simply stated her numbers make her eventual nomination pretty much academic. And they do. Much like Trumo's did when you were still listening to your inner circle jerk that Rubio would walk away with this despite overwhelming evidence suggesting he was toast.

Trying to fabricate some story line that I am this big hillart suppor is odd. There isn't anything to suggest that and lot to support the contrary. We're pretty used to making up your own myopic and baseless realities but this one is strange. Saying her numbers add up to the nomination is hardly supporting someone. It is to you I guess.

Ps - Trumo has a better chance vs Hillart than he does Sanders , by nearly every polling number currently avaialble.

Hilart is unlikable but will still win.

I didn't say you suggested it, adp did.

In this second matter, this is where I find the great irony of this charade . If you lined up the platforms in a blind taste test and eliminated just a few of the red meat items like build the wall and pro choice , each base would probably choose the opposing nominee.

No, it had nothing to do with you which is why that quote made no sense.I said voters don't like hillary and her negatives and lack of wins in a dem primary where they cleared the field for her supports that statement.

NBN, trump doesn't even have positions. A few weeks ago I went on his website and he didn't even list position papers. This is amazing what he is doing. Build a wall and.....what the heck else has this guy clarified that he hasn't contradicted later?

Someone mentioned HRC's lack of core values. I wonder about Trumo,'s since he changes his mind so much.

Read it again. Seriously , how did you get through the SAT? This is fairly simple stuff.

For the tenth time, maybe more , as clear as I can put it: she's not well liked. She's going to be the nominee. Literally no one has said anything but this and yet you keep telling us someone is arguing she is liked, and claiming victory for the opposite being proven correct.

Truly bizarre bevavior. It's not terribly hard to claim victory on something when you completely fabricate the opposing view point.

Adp: She's not well liked! She's losing primaries!

Everyone : Maybe so, but she's going to be the nominee.

Adp: Maybe so, but you were wrong about her being liked!! She losing primaries!!

Thanks ND.

Dmil, that was a horribly constructed sentence that would never make it to the SAT.

Oh, and for the sake of honesty; my hope was to lure kmill into this discussion.

I am getting depressed that all of this in-fighting has caused us to misspell Hillart and Trumo's names.

Oh, and for the sake of honesty; my hope was to lure kmill into this discussion.

Why, because it had more than 6 words ? Too long for you? More than one thought in a single sentence ? I'll try to dumb it down in the future. Probably better for us both.

Einstein, you want to start by quoting the right post.

Look, I'm a big Hillary supporter. But I don't really ike her. I'm just ready for her. It's her time.

I envision millions of low information voters saying the same thing, mostly women and the gays.

ball, unless you are trolling, WTF does that even mean? It's her time?

I'm not predicting an outcome because it will be wildly misrepresented by certain posters but I think people may be amazed at how will Trumo will do in November barring some unanticipated event.

Wild misrepresentations?

Are you referring to the fact that you said that Romney would win "handily?"

And spare us the bull$hit about how you supposedly said that Romney "could" win "handily." No one would have remembered that you said it if you hedged like that.
