Are you saying that Dmils prison time is related to fraud involving Buddy Valestro?

Tom DeLay, a Texas Republican and Washington Times radio host, said: "One way or another either she's going to be indicted and that process begins, or we try her in the public eye with her campaign. One way or another she's going to have to face these charges."

Are we seriously looking at a Trump nomination? What a disaster. He's an awful human being, I seriously cannot imaging that the actual primary voting will look anything like the polling.

The Hammer has really fallen on tough times when he's identified as "a Texas Republican and Washington Times radio host." I guess that beats "former House Majority Leader who resigned amid a scandal involving alleged money laundering and illegal campaign finance activities." Maybe Hilary should hire DeLay's lawyer. He did a Hell of a job getting his conviction overturned.

No better person to weigh in on a politician walking the thin line of legality.

So, I read that to mean DeLay thinks maybe she will be indicted or maybe she won't. Bold prediction.

This thread will be some good reading once the FBI finishes their investigation.

I think you see a few scenario's. FBI recommends an indictment and DoJ refuses to act. FBI director then resigns in protest and HRC is done politically. Or FBI recommends an indictment, DoJ takes it up and HRC is done politically and will take the Petreaus route. She'll pay a fine and avoids jail time. They find HRC broke some law but pin the really bad stuff on one of her staff who then takes the fall. I do not believe the FBI has 150 people on a case of a former Sec. of State, expands an investigation to her Family Foundation, and comes away with nothing. We'll see. The FBI can't indict someone, they present the evidence and someone has to act.

They have 150 people investigating questionable email server security that had no known negative outcome?
Yes. I know you don't get this, but you can't do what she did as it's against the law. What you haven't understood from the beginning, is that she didn't tell anyone she was using her own server. Therefore, it was never able to be secured by the Gov. This stuff on the server is Gov property and highly classified. See, this is against the law to hanle national security information in this manner. I know you haven't gotten it from the beginning. You can't do this. The only reason it came out was when Benghazi committee went looking into her emails and realized it wasn't on a gov server. This isn't Colin Powell as he cleared and had his served secured.

ND, it's crazy the Gov expects people like Patreaus and Clinton to handle national security info correctly. Crazy I know.

If she is indicted, who will the Dems and MSNBC blame?

It would be too easy if a Republican was in the White House.

They should blame themselves as everyone has know about this and why they tried to get Biden in the race. The pressure will be on Loretta Lynch to indict. However, if we get to that point, politically the damage will be done; especially when Patreaus, a military hero was hung on the other side for much less.

What law exactly? Or is it just a state department guideline? What controls are in place to prevent illicit email servers? Are they enforced? How frequently?
It's been stated multiple times in this thread. Just scroll through it.

They should blame themselves

That was a good one. Thanks for the laugh.

I saw that a youngster (who is ostensibly 'feelin the Bern') called out Hillary during some 'town hall' event.

He said something along the lines of "a lot of my friends tell me that you are dishonest."

The look on her face was priceless. She visibly recoiled.

How about the one where they asked her to release the transcript of her Goldman speeches and she just laughed in their face. It really chaps my ass that Mitt Romney was vilified for being wealthy and successful yet the Clintons get around $250-500k a speaking engagement and the liberal, hipster-esque youth blindly support her still!

It doesn't 'chap my ass' at all. It's called hypocrisy which has been par for the course for as long as I can remember. So I've gotten accustomed to it.

They should negotiate a lower fee!!
