New Hampshire Primaries

So who the heck gives cash to someone who has a suspended campaign? I guess for a sitting governor it could be a nice bribe, but what about someone like Rick Perry? Why give him a nickel?

Friends who don't want to pay gift tax, but wish to help a pal out?

(no idea)

Legacy, how about the damage OBama has done to his party, losing state houses, governorships, congress, and senate, the pipeline has dried up as much as the two candidates left in the race. What does it also say about the party of JFK, bouncing a qualified man like Jim Webb before the primaries even started.

Damaged his party so bad that he set up a Socialist for the next nomination. Seems like mission accomplished to me.

Obama crushed Dems down ballot. That cannot be disputed. He killed the dem bench and the state houses. which is why its amazing Sanders is challenging Clinton. I think it's lost on people how irrelevant Sanders has been for his 40 years in Congress. He's not like Obama, who came from out nowhere. Sanders has been around forever and not one single of his senate colleagues endorsed him. He was seen as a whackadoodle. And he's now giving Obama's Sec of State, former first lady and the great one Hillary a run. Obama crushed the dem party. That cannot be debated. Look at the scoreboard.

Fine, but let's be honest... none of these left wingers care about the party. They care about instituting their version of America, and boy has quite a bit of America warmed up to these asses.

Agreed. Its the Dem tea party. Problem is the party doesn't care about them which is why they put up with the Clintons. Even though the grassroots hates them. Which is why HRC can't win and struggling with Sanders. It's the Dem civil war.But the media would rather talk about the GOP issues. Funny thing is, the Dems are in worse shape.

Can't wait for a GoP president and GoP congress to make 'Merica great again and respecTED in this new American century. They'll pass so much meaningful legislation, they won't be able to print money fast enough to keep up with the economy.

Despite his huge win... sanders doesn't have the delegates. He likely only walks away from NH with two more than her for that blowout W. So until we see that indictment that has been promised Hilary is still getting the nod.

you are missing the bigger picture. Sanders has shown her glass jaw. She will not have to answer about ever paid speech, every email, death by thousand cuts. You guys never understood why she was such an awful candidate. She should win the nomination. no one could lose to sanders.....welll, maybe HRC. She cannot wn. I said this from the jump. Sanders is a nobody.

what point you are trying to prove? I'm not saying she is a good candidate. I think she sucks but she is still going to win the nomination. You can paint this as some huge referendum about the collapse of the dems all you want it doesn't change the fact that she has the numbers on her side.

And I just looked and I was wrong above... she came away even with two undecided super delegates that likely go with her. So despite the blowout she may take more delegates from New Hampshire than sanders.

Adp, you just said she should win and won't win In the same paragraph. You do realize Sanders has been projected to win nutty New Hampshire since he announced his candidacy. Nothing has changed in the national landscape, just like Rubio isn't consolidating the GOP base and Cruz isn't stopping Trump. You really aren't good at this politics thing.

i think this race has ADP on tilt. Proclamations of Rubio being perfectly positioned, posting about a path for Trump that included him getting record % of votes from blacks, Hispanics and Muslims, Dick Morris op eds, Tom Delay screeds about Hilary's indictment...

Pretty sure adp's position has been that she'll get the nomination then blow it in the general. That's still very much in play.

you guys really don't get the dem machine.Sanders is a nothing, nobody. He can't win. He's exposing every vulnerability in an HRC run. She sucks. She lost a Dem primary by 22 points. Enjoy the delusion. I predicated how she would lose and she will continue to be weakened. My mistake was realized how much dems hate her. I underestimated Bernie, because he was a nothing. but a nothing is better than HRC to Democrats. She hasn't even gotten to general. Dems hate her.

Exposed by winning his neighboring state that he was always a heavy favorite to win? Honestly an empty chair could be the GOP favorite in the general election. Wake me up when Trump's momentum is stopped.

Ahh, putting in my popcorn order now for the next month. This thread is going to get juicy. Have at it, fellas.

HRC lost every demographic by 10 points. This was supposed to be a cake walk. She will win the nomination. But you are missing how a nobody is exposing how she is such an awful candidate. I gave you guys the playbook early. I was right. She'll probably have at least one senior aide indicted and maybe her as well. Bernie will also hammer her on the paid speeches. She's toast. She will limp into the general unless indicted or somehow this nobody in Sanders overtakes her.Either way, she can't even convince Dems to vote for her. She lost Dems by 22 points. Good luck sugar coating it.

Yes, and if we have trump and bernie the next president is bloomberg. Buckle up, it will be an intereating ride. Watch how quickly the dems argue over who is a bigger minority. Bernie meets with Sharpton today as they head south. I wonder how much AL charges for that meeting? Sanders is an absolute nobody and he trashed hrc. He doesn't have a single senate colleagues endorsing him. Hrc is simply an awful candidate. Also, go check how she did with women. She lost women by 10+ points. Remember someone said this would happen.

as I said.

Both parties are corrupt along with the media including Fox, it is amazing that people who paid $200,000 for a college education stlll get suckered into the Dem vs Rep debate.

Adp on one hand you say sanders can't win then you say he is winning. Unless he isn't. You also spent a lot of time comparing him and trump and positioning them both as populist anti establishment candidates that had tapped into the ethos of the masses. Said we were all missing it. Now he portends the end of the party and HRC.

If your point is that hilary is a flawed candidate you win....

If your point is she/her operators are going to say anything and try and sink Bernie you win...

But even with the glass jaw and thousand cuts, if she is matching up against the guy who just won New Hampshire on the R side and is calling his competition a pussy on the campaign trail or the "whackadoodle" from Texas who is loathed by all that know him I think she wins the general.

I read a gr8 article how the super delegates are a way for the DNC establishment in control - it's congress members, governors and DNC elite. It's designed to keep the dumb public from picking a popular candidate that i$n't "electable". Bernie has support from something like 11 out of 800 of them.

Interesting note: if it's so easy for a Vermont guy to win neighboring NH, why did Howard Dean get clobbered there by a former Secretary of State?

It seems like those who want Rubio are the type of Republicans that want open borders and our foreign policy subcontracted out to Tel Aviv. Thought they went out w Bush 2

ND, that's exactly right. Which is why this thing probably goes all the way to the convention and puts both parties in a box. Right now the grassroots wants an outsider so if they insiders use Super Delegates do your voters stay home. I think it's a bigger issue on the left because the GOP hates HRC so much they're going to vote regardless. However, it's a real problem; Especially on the left where HRC has little support.

ADP I agree with this but if the GOP nominates Cruz or Trump isn't the same thing in play on the Dem side even if they feel like they are settling with HRC?
