Who goes first? Mase or Whitney Houston's kid?

Not a Knicks fan but always loved his game.

Was at NYR game 5 of 1994 Stanley Cup Finals - Mase was there - with a home made Stanley Cup - and I think he 'high fived' every person in the crowd. Knicks were close or already in the Finals. Crowd went BALLISTIC. Very few NYK players liked like Anthony Mason was at that time - just a lunch pail hard worker. MSG crowd has never been interested in stars - they have always been won over by players like Mase. He's up there with Starks and LJ and Oakley for that era. Lunch pail guys.

I will miss him. Loved watching those Knick teams. They worked their asses off.

Mason seems to be remembered as a workhorse guy but then went and averaged 14 11 and 7 on the Hornets after leaving the Knicks. Seems like a pretty skilled player. Because I was so young and hated NY at the time I don't remember those Knicks teams very well. What was their perception nationally? I know people loved Starks but his career seemed pretty fleeting. Ewing never thrilled me even in highlights. Mase seems like the people's champ though.

This is a damn shame. Hate to see someone lose their life at age 48, just awful.

Thread title should be changed from "Thread Reserved" to "It's Official."

Can I get a ruling?
