Well, I did this last year, and it was well received by the board and by Jay himself in his post-season review with Eric. I'm going to be very interested to see what the board has to say this year. Leaving it simple, and not including D's and F's, since they objectively cannot be an option - though many of us might emotionally want to give the season an F - but that would be completely unfair.
