No, I never said that plus I know they've had a very bad drought. The point of the article puts things in context. It's a fact that the Obama administration has made things worse by diverting available water resources away from individual farmers and the reason they gave was to protect some stupid little fish.
Obama has nothing to do with anything water in CA. Literally zero.
